Terms and Conditions
The terms that govern your use of A Bin & Gon Dumpster Rentals & Clean Outs LLC services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By renting a dumpster or using any services from A Bin & Gon Dumpster Rentals & Clean Outs LLC ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Services
We provide roll-off dumpster rentals, trash cleanouts, and concrete removal services in Prince George's County, Maryland and surrounding areas. All services are subject to availability and our acceptance of your booking.
3. Booking & Scheduling
Bookings can be made by phone, email, or through our online quote form. Delivery dates are confirmed upon scheduling. We make every effort to honor preferred delivery times but cannot guarantee specific time slots due to operational factors.
4. Pricing & Payment
Pricing is one flat fee, payable when the dumpster is dropped off. Quoted prices are valid for the agreed scope of materials and rental period. Additional fees may apply for prohibited materials, overweight loads, or extended rental periods.
5. Acceptable Materials
Customers may dispose of general household junk, construction debris, and other approved materials. Hazardous waste, chemicals, paint, tires, batteries, electronics, asbestos, and refrigerants are strictly PROHIBITED. Improperly disposed materials may result in additional charges.
6. Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for providing a safe, accessible drop-off location free of low-hanging wires, branches, or obstructions. The customer assumes responsibility for any damage caused by the dumpster placement on private property and is responsible for obtaining any required local permits.
7. Weight Limits
Each dumpster has a maximum weight allowance based on size. Loads exceeding the limit may incur additional disposal fees. Materials must be level with or below the top of the dumpster — no overfilling.
8. Pickup & Rental Period
Standard rental period and pickup details are agreed at time of booking. Customers should call when ready for pickup. Extended rental periods may be subject to additional daily fees.
9. Liability
We are not liable for damage caused to driveways, lawns, or other surfaces resulting from the placement, presence, or removal of the dumpster when placed at the customer's requested location. Customers should use protective materials (such as plywood) under the dumpster if concerned.
10. Cancellations & Refunds
Cancellations made before delivery may be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations after delivery are non-refundable. Please contact us as soon as possible to reschedule or cancel.
11. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.
